Nicole has extensive experience in career and leadership coaching, training delivery, curriculum development, and providing professional development solutions for companies like: Sprint, GE Capital, ADP, Turner Broadcasting, Kilpatrick Stockton, and The Weather Channel. Some of her work was featured in the book “Resumes for the Rest of Us” by Arnold Boldt.

She is passionate about advocating change for those experiencing mental illness, including ensuring access and equality to critical resources and information.

Aseelah El-Amin, BS, PTA, CKTP

Mom | Physical Therapist Assistant

Certified KinesioTaping Practitioner | Exercise Physiologist

Aseelah is a mother of 2 with 30 years of experience as a fitness professional and 12 years experience in orthopedic and geriatric physical therapy. Her career began as an Exercise Physiologist providing therapeutic rehab in an outpatient setting, performing EKG stress testing for a wholistic medicine practice, and running a successful personal training business. She is now walking in her purpose providing physical therapy to seniors in a home health setting, and is passionate about providing care that allows seniors to resume/maintain a level of functional mobility that allows them to enjoy the quality of life they deserve in their later years. She is also a Certified KinesioTaping Practitioner, providing instrument assisted manual therapy to athletes and “weekend warriors” with sports and occupational injuries. Aseelah is on a mission to use her God given talents to help foster a world that expresses greater empathy and compassion for all people, especially our senior citizens.

Melanie Jones

Hospitality Finance & Operations Management Consulting

Brand Manager | BPD Awareness Advocate

Melanie Jones was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. Melanie continues to reside in South Africa and is the Mother of two children. Melanie has been educated in two general areas: Hospitality Management and Applied Psychology. Her areas of expertise include Business Operations, Budgeting & Forecasting, Management Accounting, and Business Mathematics. Melanie has served in high level positions in the hospitality industry including as a Food & Beverage Manager, General Manager, and a Group Financial Manager. She is experienced and skilled in both the execution and training aspects of her field. Melanie has taken a turn now from her previous areas of employment and is now currently focusing on brand development. She is also currently focusing on helping increase awareness of Borderline Personality Disorder.

Dr. Gregory Serfer

Physician | Author 

Advocate for BPD Awareness

Dr. Gregory Serfer practices in various medical specialties and sub-specialties including Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Addiction Medicine, and Disaster Medicine.

Dr. Serfer obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychobiology from the University of Miami and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University of Osteopathic Medicine.

Gregory became the Medical Director of Tully Hill Treatment & Recovery in July 2018.

He continues to practice in his private capacity as a Critical Care Physician (Intensivist) at several hospitals in Syracuse, New York.

Dr. Serfer also serves as Medical Officer for the National Disaster Medical System for the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services since 2009.

Some of Gregory’s previous roles include Director of Substance Use Disorder Services, Chief Quality Officer, and Hospitalist.

Dr. Serfer has served on the Board of Directors for the Alternative Education Foundation and Crossroads School since 2007.

In December 2022 Gregory published his first book, “I Am Still Right Here”.
