10 Things You Can Do Now

Call someone and vent OR call our vent line at 800-565-5870, go off as long as you like, even if you have to call back multiple times. :-)

Go to a safe space and throw or break something (emphasis on SAFE).

Scream - in private (ex: your car).

Sing it out - as loud as you can.

Dance - like you are having your own personal exorcism.

Do an intense workout (i.e., boxing, karate, kickboxing).

Doodle, draw, or paint.

Change your surroundings.
